What I believe about building.

Ambiguity is the most expensive line item in any build. Every unanswered question becomes a change order, a rewrite, or a feature nobody uses.
Principle I
Clarity before code
A PRD isn't paperwork. It's the contract between your vision and the person you're paying to build it. Skip it and you're paying twice.

Document the decision
The smallest version of your idea that proves the thesis is the only version worth shipping first. Everything else is opinion dressed up as scope.
